These Terms are governed by Delaware state law. Any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts of Delaware. Both parties consent to this jurisdiction and waive objections to venue.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent website notice. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
